Β Returns, refunds & more

    • Returns & Refunds: We do not offer returns and refunds. If any items from the delivered order are missing or damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item to request a replacement.Any purchase made during our sale period is non-refundable and non-returnable, except in cases of transit damage. If your item arrives damaged during transit, please reach out to us in the pre mentioned time period for us to take action on the same as its on case to case basis for sale period. Please be aware that we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for any damage to the product's packaging during transit.Β 

    • Replacement: The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it in order to qualify for a replacement. Additionally, it must be in its original packaging.

    • Process for Replacement: We will arrange for pick-up. If reverse pickup is not possible in your area, please send the product yourself. When the bill is shared with us, we will reimburse for the shipping costs.Β
